BUPA London 10k Run: Bank Holiday Monday 25th May 2009

Run in this amazing event and raise money for Self Help Africa at the same time.

Online registration

To enter the 2009 Bupa London 10,000, apply for a place through the event organisers. It costs £25.00 to register.

We are are not advertising on the Bupa 10k site, so when you register you won't find Self Help Africa on the list of charities.

There is no minimum spornsorship level - just raise as much as you are able to.

Register on the Bupa 10,000 website

Our support

Self Help Africa runners will all receive a support pack containing a Self Help Africa t-shirt, fundraising tips, training tips, a guide to online sponsorship and a dedicated member of staff only a phone call away.

Email or call (01743 277170) Liz to find out more, reserve your place, or tell us that you want to run for Self Help Africa.

Guaranteed places

If you don't manage to get a place through the London 10,000 website then you can still run for us by registering for one of our guaranteed places. We have a limited number of places, and demand is high, so we will ask you to raise a minimum sponsorship of £400. Don't worry, this is easier than you think!
